Q.  Are LEASEPRIMEDOMAINS.COM'S Premium Domain Name Lease Rates affordable?

A.  We think they are, for example, starting at only $99 even new real estate agents could lease one of these Premium Domain Names and use it to create a real estate career around.  Established agents protect and add to your share of their local market with a market centric domain name (name of category).  That leverage comes from the enhanced perception of credibility that scarce keyword relevant domain names project for their operators and our business model makes that available for you starting at only $99/mo - Basically, that's the price of a three line ad in the local classifieds that will run in only one Sunday edition!   BACK TO TOP

Q.  Why do I need to lease a premium keyword relevant domain name targeted to my local market?

A.  Even if you already have a web site and a domain name you can use one of  LEASEPRIMEDOMAINS.COM'S premium domain names to supplement your existing strategy or you can add a new strategy & domain to bring new business in from a different market segment.  If you're a new real estate agent or an existing agent looking for a new marketing strategy using a premium domain name gives your site instant credibility which allows you to compete for leads with an edge.  Check the availability of generic premium keyword relevant domain names like denverrealestate.com, denverhomes.com, etc, for your community and you'll find that they are already taken.  Take Denver for example, there are thousands of agents but only a few relevant real estate keywords that can be paired the name of the city of Denver and therefore only small number of fortunate agents or offices will be able to benefit.  BACK TO TOP

Q.  My web site designer/IT guy says my domain name doesn't matter?

A.  That's a whopper isn't it?  You can see this stated on many of the web design shops' web sites... "just give us $499 to design a 3 page web site and $19.95/mo to host it and btw, pick out a domain address... but don't spend very much on it."  Perhaps you may have noticed that most of the most successful companies around the world have secured generic domain names that define their category.  Consider this, long after your current web site design is out of style and tossed in the dumpster - miamifamilylaw.com will still be the single best domain name in Miami, Florida for a family law attorney.  BACK TO TOP

Q.  Why should I lease a Premium Domain Name instead of registering or buying one?

A.  The answer is simply - availability.  If you don't own a premium domain name by now, you're late to the game.  In fact many of these names were taken years ago ...  a decade ago!   That's the bad news.  The good news is that you can lease a high quality premium domain name for a fraction of what it would cost to purchase one and catch up with the early adopters in early 1990's who registered the other "name of category/specialty"  premium domain names.  If you're serious about staking out your piece of the internet in your profession & local market then this is a great opportunity to "hurry up & catch up".  Don't wait this second chance won't last that long BACK TO TOP

Q.  Why is LeasePrimeDomains.com leasing premium domain names rather than selling them?

A.  We believe that these one of a kind geo & specialty premium domain names are "the new real estate".  In the real bricks & mortar world most companies don't have or won't commit the 10's of millions of dollars it takes to buy or build a Class A office building - but they desire to lease space in that Class A office building.  Why?  Simply because it gives their business the enhanced image of success that a business gets only by being in the best space possible in their market.  We believe that premium GEO & SPECIALTY TARGETED DOMAIN NAMES give an enhanced image to the end users of these premium domain names much the same as leasing Class A Office space but at fraction of the cost. Our goal is to get these premium domain names into the hands of the end users who can utilize them to grow their businesses rather than sell them to Pay per Click investors who will charge the end users higher and higher click charges as they are bid up as more people enter the PPC game.   Our model is a FLAT RATE MODEL.  Lawyers please note:  if you lease one of our premium law domain names at least you won't have to pay $50 per click on the name you lease and if you're a smart marketer you'll use our name(s) in conjunction with your traditional marketing tools to get traffic to directly type in your premium domain name, every click you get this way saves you $50! .  Take your yellow pages ads for example,  A premium domain name defines your practice as the operator of your legal specialty in your local market,  how much does that full page or half page ad cost per month?  Making it stand out from the SJSLAW.COM'S and defining your firm as the major player in your specialty by leasing that "name of your category" seems like the smart play.      BACK TO TOP
